1. By participating in this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted this rules and agreed to be bound by them.
2. The promotion commences on the 30th of November 2009 and ends on 31st of December 2009 (“promotion period”).
3. Each customer sending money at any Finint location during the promotion period can participate in this promotion. To win one of 100 Terminator Salvation DVD’s the customer has to make a transaction using their Western Union gold!card. The customer will be automatically entered into an instant prize draw if a mobile number and email address is provided at the point of transaction. A message will be printed on the customer receipt informing the customer if they have won or not. The winners will have to text the promotional code printed on the invoice to the number provided in order to claim the prize. Text is free, the standard network charge will apply. If the winner does not claim the prize in 7 days from the day of transaction another winner will be chosen. The prize will be posted to the customers address provided at the point of transaction. All customers that have done a transaction during the promotional period will also be entered in the draw for a Sony Home Entertainment System. Transaction has to be done using the Western Union gold!Card, a mobile number and email address must be provided. The draw will take place on 06.01.2010. The winner will be informed via email and SMS and further instruction on how to claim the prize will be sent to the customer. If the winner does not claim the prize in 7 days from the day of the draw another winner will be chosen. The prize will be posted to the customers address provided at the point of transaction.
